Wombat Camp Assistant Director January 21, 2019   This position has two main roles 1) Assist Wombat Camp Director in the overseeing of all Wombat Camp Activities and campers aged 9-14 and 2) Oversee all health related issues of participants and staff of both camps. Following Camp Woolman treatment procedures, this person will either directly treat health issues or injuries or coordinate and oversee other staff who are qualified to do so. This person will also utilize the standing orders of a licensed physician and/or RN, and call the RN or doctor when treatment procedures require or the medical needs of the person require a higher level of care or facility.
Teen Leadership Camp Director January 21, 2019   Woolman Teen Leadership Camp (TLC) is an exciting program for teens 15-16 years old who backpack, play, cook, and  move-up into leadership roles working with each other and working with Wombat Camp (campers aged 9-14). We are seeking to hire a TLC Director to lead the full 6-week program. The TLC Director will work with the TLC Assistant Director to plan, organize, and lead activities, trips, workshops, and projects, will train and support the 2-3 TLC counselors, and will work with, and be supported by, the Wombat Camp Director.
Wilderness and Operations Manager June 9, 2019 The Wilderness and Operations Manager is a vital member of the administrative team that serves both Woolman camps – Wombat Camp (ages 9-14) and Teen Leadership Camp (ages 15-16). This person has three primary roles 1) Coordinate and oversee the logistics of Wombat Camp’s 3-day backpacking trips 2) Manage gear, transportation to and from trailheads, and backpacking safety protocols for both camps 3) Be a leader and work with Directors to oversee the successful programming of both camps. 
Wombat Camp Counselor June 14, 2019 Being a counselor at Woolman's Summer Camp means living, working, growing, and learning as part of the Woolman community.  Wombat Camp programming is for campers aged 9-14. Counselors are fully integrated into the life, work, and play of the Woolman campers, and your job is to enrich their experience through deep connection and joyful adventure. Counselors live with six campers in a cabin situated near outdoor showers and  a bathhouse. You may choose to live in a same-gendered or mixed-gendered cabin. You will facilitate learning and growth of children into a greater awareness of themselves and others, lead games and songs, manage behavior, teach activities, adorn yourself in costumes and personify characters of your own creation, and participate in the glorious daily life of a Quaker community.  Being a counselor at camp is fun, challenging and rewarding work.

Counselors live with campers aged  15-16 in a lodge situated on campus and team-lead backpacking trips  up to 10 days long. They facilitate learning and growth of teens into a greater awareness of themselves and others, lead games and songs, manage behavior, teach activities, adorn yourself in costumes and personify characters of your own creation, and participate in the glorious daily life of a Quaker community.  Being a counselor at camp is fun, challenging and rewarding work. 
Wombat Camp Lead Counselor June 9, 2019   This position is for experienced counselors looking for even more leadership at the camp they hold so dear to their hearts. Lead Counselors work  with and go on trail with our younger camp (Wombat Camp), offer advice and guidance to Wombat Camp counselors, and will occasionally be responsible for facilitating activities with Teen Campers while Teen Camp staff are in meetings. 
Teen Leadership Camp Assistant Director June 9, 2019   Woolman Teen Leadership Camp (TLC) is an exciting program for teens 15-16 years old who backpack, play, cook, garden, and  move-up into leadership roles working with each other and working with Wombat Camp (campers aged 9-14). The TLC Assistant Director will work with the TLC Director to coordinate and oversee 6 weeks of programming. This will involve planning and leading in-camp activities, planning and leading backpacking trips up to 10-days long, facilitating workshops for campers, and training and supporting the 2-3 TLC counselors. This role will be supported by and work with the TLC Camp Director and Wombat Camp Director.
