Sierra Friends Camp

Located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills near the wild and scenic Yuba River, Sierra Friends Camp provides 9-14 year olds an opportunity for new experiences, new friends and new growth in a supportive community of counselors and staff who care for the well being of each child. The camp experience includes games, swimming, laughing, singing, hiking, storytelling, art, campfires, good food, and great fun.

Through simple living and joyous adventure in an accepting community, Sierra Friends Camp inspires individuals to value nature, value themselves, and value others in order to build a more peaceful and just world. Campers are nurtured and challenged by engaging in outdoor adventures, artistic exploration, and play in the Sierra foothills. Together we create a camp that supports self-discovery, unity with nature, and community in the spirit of Friends.

Applying to Camp

  1. Download and fill out our 2010 camper application.
  2. Send a $25 application fee per camper. Make checks payable to Sierra Friends Camp.
  3. Send your application and fees to:
